Gift Card Terms and Policies At Social Petworking, we aim to make gift-giving easy and enjoyable. Please review our terms and policies before purchasing or using our e-gift cards to ensure the best experience. General Terms Gift cards are valid exclusively for Social Petworking services and products. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person unless required by law. All gift card purchases are final. Expiration and Fees Social Petworking e-gift cards do not expire for five (5) years from the date of purchase. No inactivity, maintenance, or service fees will be applied for at least two (2) years from the purchase date. Partial balances can be used for multiple transactions until the full value is redeemed. Refunds and Lost Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided. Social Petworking reserves the right to verify all claims. Fraud Prevention Gift cards obtained fraudulently or through unauthorized means may be voided. We reserve the right to refuse service or payment if fraud or misuse is suspected. Legal Compliance Unused gift card balances may be considered unclaimed property and reported to the State of Arkansas after five (5) years, as required by law. How to Redeem Gift cards can be redeemed for services or products by entering the unique code at checkout on our website or presenting the code during in-person bookings. If your purchase exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with an alternate payment method.
